5.) Purpose of data collection, processing and usage:
Personal data is requested by and only for registration purposes and is solely saved for processing in relation to the workshops.
Personal data is neither accessible by nor transmitted to Third Parties.
Upon ending of the concert working weeks, all personal data is instantly deleted.

Applicant data of students, employees and teachers as required for purposes outlined under No. 5.).

7.) Recipients or categories of recipients that data may be transmitted to:
Publis authorities in case of existing laws, external contractors according to § 11 BDSG. as well as external bodies and internal divisions of Kulturinitiative Goslar e.V. of Konzertarbeitswochen Goslar as required for purposes outlined uner No. 5.).

8.) Mandatory period for deletion of data:
The German legislator has issued multiple terms regarding the legal obligation to retain data. Correlating data is routinely deleted upon expiry of these time limits.

Transmitting of data to Third countries is not planned.
